Dell lattitude D630 Laptop is not booting

Hello,

I haven't opened laptop for some days. Today when I opened it is not starting. As soon as I plug in power adopter battery symbol is flashing then immediately every thing is going off and power button is not working.I tried removing battery and holding on power button and try to start computer but it didn't work. My laptop model is Dell lattitude D630.
Anyone please help me with the issue.
