Keyboard and touchpad are not working

Hi I have problems in my laptop Lenovo 40-45. The keyboard and touchpad are not working properly and also the cursor I don’t know why it is happening. Even if I used an external keyboard and mouse the cursor keeps on moving by itself and clicks what I am not clicking. I really hope you can help me may laptop is 1 and 1 month.
