Line in and headphone not working at the same time

Hello
I have this problem, whenever I plug in Domo Nspeed jack (single front jack,double back jacks) in my laptop which has only single jack panel, line in works fine but when I plug in headphone I don't get any sound(line in and headphone) but if I unplug my headphone then it works.

Help please.
