Connection problems

I play a game on FB, the game opens normally without any issues, in-game there is a chat but it doesn't open most of the times, and when i enter another base to attack it, the game get stuck at "Loading", i play on a game platform, Steam, when i start it, it tells me there is no connection.

Everything needs to be downloaded works, youtube .. etc
I think the problem is in uploading, i don't know what the problem really is ..


I'm on a laptop, i tried everything, even changing windows ..
But when i connect to my college network, everything is fine ..
