InsydeH20 Setup Utility must press enter 20 times

Hello,

My HP Laptop opens on a screen with the above.

I then press the "enter" key like 20 times then it proceeds to the start page??

Is there something wrong with my computer???

Serial: 5CD4083G6H
Model: 15-n213TX

Please help me.
