My friend account got disabled, When he submitted an appeal to Facebook, he received a reply from facebook that the account has been disabled as Facebook received a complaint from third party regarding copyright infringement, Whereas my friend has been using Facebook since very long and he is always positive about life and a very good human being.

He is a very knowledgeable Cinema News, He runs a fan page of cinema on facebook and he uploaded movies scenes videos to spread which has nothing to do with the copyrights or anything. But sadly someone got his account disabled by submitting complaints to Facebook.

Now what should he do to get his account recovered? Please help

Facebook is the only medium through which he used to communicate with his Family, Friends, Relatives and Fans, now he is unable to do so.. Please help him out.

Also, for how long the account will remain disabled? Is there a way to get the account restored?

Thank you

Once an appeal has been rejected, there is no possibility to appeal further.

The account will remain disabled until Facebook deletes it.
