USB flash Drive is not detected anywhere

After using the flash drive to my Sony Bravia TV to watch some videos, i tried to use it again on my laptop but it was undetected by any usb ports on any laptops. My USB ports are working, checked it all inside my Device Manager and also Disk Management but it does not to appear anywhere. Can it be recovered because lots of my important data is still inside this Kingston 32GB DT101G3

Hi zakwan23,

If you remember your flash drive letter then you can use chkdisk command to fix the drive errors and make it workable again.

it says cannot open volume for direct access

If is there any 3rd party application available which lock the partition then I would suggest you to disable it first.

I also have the same problem.
USB is not detectable anywhere in device manager or anywhere
I have used many commands in CMD also but nothing happened
Please tell the issue.
Problem occurred I was copying some files to pen drive. But autorun.inf file couldn't be copied or extracted. Then I copied autorun.inf file and pasted then it told that the same name file is already there so can not paste in pen drive. Then I changed the name of the file from autorun.inf to .autorun.inf and pasted it in the pen drive then I did a check disk by clicking right from the properties/tool to scan the the pen drive and fir bad errors. After this it was not removing then I restarted the computer but it was not detectable. I have tried to check in other computer also but nothing happened.
Please tell me.
Now I have reinstall my window 7 SP1 also but still not detectable.
