Antivirus wasn't the cause because AVAST wasn't on my customers computer.
HAd to create a syslink to your c:users\username\ folder in /systemprofile/desktop/. Start menu wasn't accessible. Had to do ctrl alt del to start cmd to run the command for fix. only took 4 minutes. but then another issue occured so did a "windows 10 reset"
