Laptop showing black screen after start [Closed]

Hello,

I have dell latitude E6410. My laptop showing black screen when I start it it's fan spins and it immediately shuts down after 5 seconds but the three lock symbols keeps on flashing blue light and lock A keeps blinking what should I do???
