My pc is showing no display

Hello,
I changed new motherboard, processor, graphics card, and power supply. But when i tried to run pc without power cable in my gpu my pc showed me startup bios menu and after couple seconds went black. When i put power cable in my gpu, gpu is not showing any light and monitor showing no display, from gpu or motherboard, pc is turning on cpu fan is spinning leds are blinking except gpu. But still no display even from motherboards integradet graphics card. I tried to reset cmos or jumper, i tried to clean my rams and using diffrent slots. I didnt updated my motherboards bios because its showing no display. Please help me!

RAM: 2x4gb 1600hmz
Motherboard:ASRock FM2A68M-DG3+
SSD:WD 120GB
HDD:TOSHIBA 1TB.
