Yahoo mail cannot delete or reply or send

Have just changed to Virgin and am using Chrome as my Browser can get into Yahoo Mail but only access most recent emails cannot delete or reply or send and cannot access contacts - can you please advise how I get the whole Yahoo setup back again???
