Hello,

I recently have been having problems where my computer would suddenly freeze and not respond to anything so have to restart the computer. Now this time Windows won't boot at all. The computer powers up and all hard drives, disc drives, GPU and fans power up but nothing boots and the monitors remain black with no signal. The only thing that has suddenly stopped working is the power and HDD LED's.

Could this mean a mobo failure?

Thanks

Thank you
Hello

What is your operating system?

Can you boot into safe mode?

I've also noticed there's no power to the keyboard or mouse. So no I can't. Looks like mobo gone.

Thank you
OK. start simple. Pull the RAM and try to boot with no RAM. Does it beep or give you an indication now? If not, then the MB is bad!

I need to find speaker to attach to the mobo as there's not one installed. There no power going to the keyboard either (caps lock light etc won't come on). Not looking good. I'll try a different ram instead first and see what happens. Looking like MB though. Thanks

NO, DO NOT PUT good ram into that board. The board may blow them up!
