Someone has created fake ID on instagram of my sis username he using my sis pic and upload on instagram I want to find out that man or i want that

That is impossible to identify the author.

Next time you have such problem just get an app that will block all the unwanted people that get any access to your or your sister's account.

They spoofed the account, not gained access.
