Trying to create a ticket log spreadsheet

Hello,

I am trying to create a ticket logging system for my team at work and have created a sheet with 4columns each with drop down lists for selection within each category. I wanted to know if there is a way to make a submit button that would send the selections to a separate sheet for data retention so they do not have to see every single ticket each time they open it up?
