My account has been disabled since early 2012 due to someone hacked my facebook account and posted porn image, at the time, I don't interested and I created new facebook account, now I want to recover in september 2018 but sent fake ID to them and they replied me and don't replied anything, I send both text and fake ID 6-7 times, now I sent real ID with long info but don't sure they will be enabled because I have experience that my friend send real ID but don't enabled and send many times until enabled, but that account disabled don't long time like my account, and don't sure his account must have support inbox like me

I afraid that this facebook account can't recover or hard to recover, I maybe have prize for someone who can give my help, Thank you for your help

Thank you
Hi Kitti,

Unfortunately, you made several mistakes.

1. As soon as someone posted a porn picture on your page you should have deleted immediately, keeping it was against the terms of use.

2. You have created a new account. Again creating two accounts is against the Facebook Terms of Use.

3. You sent fake id. Facebook can tell if the id is fake or genuine. In trying to trick Facebook you made yourself look like a liar and a crook.

Even if you now sent your real id, you cannot expect Facebook to trust you.

I don't see any reason why Facebook would agree enable your account and that's why you are not getting a reply.

Sorry

Thank you for reply, I have explain to you that:

1.I don't know who hack and posted image, I knew when my account has been already disabled
2.I think it's not against because I don't created another account except
3.Facebook don't ever to using real person for checking, My account should be enabled if they used real person for checking

Thank you for reply, but your reply is maybe look strict, however, I'll using your reply for protect the repeat event in future
