Right click, and run as administrator.

That is as good of a guess I could give, as there are NO DETAILS regarding what you are trying to do!

Hello,

For installing the software:

Open the start menu.
Select the run option.
Type the option of CD drive in the window that appear and click on browse.
See the setup.exe file in the list of file that should appear.
