Internet Working on all but one device [Closed]

My personal laptop can’t load web pages, but my phone and all other laptops on the network are browsing just fine.

The WiFi signal strength has is showing full bars and the internet speed test I did showed download speed of 67 mbps and upload speed of 80+ mbps with a ping of 4.

Any ideas why internet browsing may not be working?

I’ve tried:
- Network adapter reset
- Modem reset
- Clear browsing history/cookies/cache
- Clear DNS cache
