Finding duplicates between two columns with partial text

Hello,

I am trying to compare a list of names in column A to a list of names in column B. I am trying to highlight the names in column A that match the list in column B however, the naming format is not the same. Column A has the entire last name and first name but cuts off the first name if there is more than 15 characters in the box (including a space). The names in column B is formatted by last name first name middle.
