Hibernation problem

Hello,

My laptop doesn't work without charger being plugged in.
It works like for half an hour and gets shut down without plug in.
I kept it on hibernation mode. Then I start to restart it again. It starts and the screens keep on showing dell and loading and it shows dell again. But it doesn't start. What should I do
