Toshiba Satellite Radius Keyboard Special Keys/FN Keys

Hello,

I have tried to change it so that my FN keys function as the multimedia keys by default, but in the BIOS it does not matter if it says FN keys or Specialty Keys.

The Specialty keys only function their designated behavior when I press FN, is there any other way I can change the default so that I can just have the specialty functions?

(As a side note, this computer was factory reset completely recently and I think that might be something that is causing this problem)
