Error with identity check process at the very last step... what now?

Went through an identity check process after receiving a notification that someone may have tried to login to my account.

I selected friends (tried again with comments, code, etc.) and I passed through, changed my password; it then asked me to verify my recent activity, and there were no issues with recent friends added, posts, comments, or page likes. So all was legit.

The very last step those errors out, and get this:

Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.

Any idea on how to fix this? or who to communicate with and inform of the issue?
