I have not been able to log into my FB account for 8 months. I got a new phone and have written to FB at least 20+ Times with my photo ID and have received no response. I spent 2 hours on the phone with my carrier to see why I was not getting he SMS notifications and they determined that none haVE ever been sent. Now when I go through the help center to send my picture if and write to them, it says the link is broken. I’ve changed my password numerous times. It says to get a code generator from the menu on the FB page. My FB page has no menu. Just the logo and the sign up spaces. Since there is no phone number, what can iI do? All this for I have no idea why someone is not helping me.
