There was an old website that I am registered to and wanted to "forgot password" to retrieve my account, it requires my current email address (a ymail) to send a reset password link.
The reset password feature requires a code that was sent to my recovery email. Unfortunately, this recovery email address was already a decade ago I have accessed and seems like Yahoo login don't recognized it anymore.
Is there a chance that I could retrieve this email address and may I know how?
System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.79
You'll find all the possible options for retrieving your account here. There are indeed other ways of recovering your account without the old email address such as answering secret questions etc to prove identification.
If you forget your yahoo account and password, there is no way to recover . I think it's not that Yh didn't recognize the account, but because you entered it incorrectly.
Sorry, but if you don't remember your recovery mail account, there's no way.
