Hello, a quick possible work around is to forward the mail with the attachment that you want to print to your Gmail account (as you're not experiencing problems this way).
For a longer answer: have a read through this CCM article on what to do if you are unable to download attachments in yahoo mail.
If you are using Chrome, you may have accidentally stopped Yahoo from downloading files. You can see if this is the case:
Open Chrome Settings > Privacy > Content Settings > Automatic Downloads
Allow automatic downloads, and see if that resolves your Yahoo problems. Obviously, if you are not using Chrome then ignore this.
