So for the past day or so I’ve been having problems with my PS4, and the PS App to an extent. It won’t allow me to use PS+ services. In the PS App it won’t even let me get into a login screen (however these changes if I use data instead of WiFi), and it won’t allow me to do any PSN related activities on the PS4 (store, online, nothing). There’s nothing wrong with the connection (wired), it just won’t allow me to sign-in. I tried doing a connection test, and it gave me “<a href="https://ps5dns.com/playstation-network-sign-in-failed/">PlayStation Network Sign-In — failed</a>” with the error code NP-40833–8. Trying to use the app gives me the code C-82E100C8. Looking up these codes gives me nothing. So can anyone help me figure this out? I have a Canadian account. Also if you have to explain, please do so like I’m in Grade 1, since I’ll probably have no idea what you’re talking about. Thanks!
