my facebook account has been disabled i don't know whats going on how to fix this?

i tried this one https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 or even more options

that box comes up.

Hello, if you are seeing that message it would already appear that you have made an appeal about a disabled Facebook account, and it has been unsuccessful. As it says above, the decision can no longer be reversed. Unfortunately you will no longer be able to use this account.

You can create a new account with a new email address and start from scratch.

Okay, i've downloaded a facebook information file. is there a possibility to import that information to a new account? if so then how to? i had important messengers and comments etc

From Facebook: "There is no way to upload or transfer your data from an old account to a new one". The FB archive that you can do just serves a personal backup. There may be third party tools that can transfer the data for you... but I'm not personally aware of any.

You might not follow the Facebook community guidelines that's the reason why Facebook is not reversing the access to the account.
