Instagram Story views down and Grid post LIKES down by 80%

Hello,

Getting really frustrated with Instagram. I have nearly 40k followers and sell jackets
When I now put up a Story it only reaches around 250 people out of 40k.
A Grid post is lucky to reach 100 LIKES. I used to get around 400-500 likes with engagement. I've tried all different hashtags and added locations and @ people.

Anyone else going through the same or know how it can go back to reaching more?
