Disabled Ad Account

I have an Instagram business account and recently they disabled my ad account due to 'unusual activity'. I am prompted to verify my account and then I'm directed to a Facebook page headed 'Disabled consumer payment support'. Upon submitting the form, I am persistently met with an error saying 'could not submit your request, please try again later'. I have no idea how I'm supposed to verify my account and rectify this if they won't let me log on. Does anybody have any experience of this or know what my next steps should be?
