Two Factor Authentication Login Code Not receive

I deactivate facebook and messenger by logging all sessions out first cuz i had an argument with my boyfriend, until i was okay, i wanted to reactivate like the usual where the code gets to send to my phone number that is verified.

But now has been a month and a few days I am not receiving any codes for trying to attempt log in.

I deactivated last October 2, 2020, I tried doing everything I can but Facebook seems to be useless. I need a facebook live agent to chat me.
