Hp folio laptop not turning on

Good day
My hp folio laptop has a faulty keyboard and so i decided to change it to a new one and after changing it, the laptop refused to on and also when plugged in with a charger, it doesn't show any charging indicator.
So i decided to remove the new keyboard and reconnect the former keyboard and even coupled it back but to no avail. So any solution from you guys please?
