Help! Mentioning my account name in my post deletes the text after posting

Hello. I am new here and I have a problem with my instagram business account.

When I create a post from my business account and I mention my @business_name, the text disappear after I post, only the image remains.

This is a recent problem that I am facing that I did not have before.

I uninstalled and reinstalled instagram and the problem remains.

I don't have this problem in my other business accounts

Can you please help?
