It won’t start right

Hello, My pc starts fine but when it does it’s start up the motherboard does some sort of system scan then a windows screen pops up saying my pc didn’t start right. I can restart the pc or use advanced options. But I can’t use the advanced options because I don’t have an admin account. There isn’t any other accounts then mine and I can’t figure out what’s wrong. Help please.
