Dual Whatsapp - file format not supported

Hello,

I've been having a problem with my whatsapp in the last couple of day. I use a dual accounts and no issue with the main account but the second (dual) it's been showing the following msg anytime I want to share a file or a picture taken from whatsapp, it also cannot save gifs...

I've tried to unnistall the dual account and it works fine for a while and then blocks everything.
Other options I tried are: allow storage permissions on settings, clear data / cache without success.

Anyone with an idea pease!?
