Recovered Folder Lock video and photos not playing

I saved my folder lock files on an external hard drive.

That hard drive stopped working but I was able to recover some of the files. The folder lock folder short cut FLKa or FLKB are empty.

But I’ve been able to recover some of the files but they are saved with a # in front of them.

When I try and play them usually .mov or .jpeg an error message comes up as not compatible. I’ve tried repair software and converting to say .mp4.

I know my password for folder lock but that doesn’t work nor trying to play the videos or photos etc.

Any help please would be greatly appreciated.
