I am having issues with my Instagram account, specifically the shopping option, through Facebook Business Manager. I have tried contacting Facebook and I'm getting nowhere. This function has been down for nearly two months and is naturally affecting sales.
Our Facebook page and Instagram account have somehow been moved to two separate business/e-commerce page managers and I cannot link them again. The Instagram business manager is pulling older inventory and not updating to our latest collection, I am unable to delete the account from this business manager as I keep getting an error message. I need to try to get the current business manager account to have the updated catalogue or I need to try to move the Instagram account over to the correct business manager where everything is currently run.
Please advise if anyone else has had the same issue and what you did to resolve it as getting an answer and solution from Facebook is like extracting teeth.
