Can't add IGTV to my Instagram stories

I am unable to share an IGTV from my feed on my Insta stories. When I click on the white arrow (send icon) to get the option to share, the "Add a video to your story" option doesn't pop up. I have rebooted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, updated it, done all the troubleshooting that I've found through research and the option still doesn't appear. I have it on my iPhone and Android and it doesn't work on either phone. Please help!!
