Help with Instagram account

Hello, I had just posted on my account, and about a half an hour later I got a notification saying that there was unusual or suspicious activity on my account and to verify it. When I tried to verify it, it then started saying that my account doesnt even exist and that it was deleted. I never got an email or anything saying that it was deleted, disabled, anything, it just deleted on its own. What can I do to get it back or what happened? Thanks.
