Sound speaker is not working

hi , I have asus x550ld with windows 10 . My speaker is not working and 3.5 audio jack also not working .they both stop working same time . I reset my laptop ,reinstall the audio driver , troubleshoot the audio but it is still not working . what is the problem ? how can I fix it ? thank you
