Hacked and can’t get into Facebook

I’m really struggling , iv tired going into the Facebook/hacked site and it just takes me two the security check with two phone number I don’t have it’s stuck on this and I can’t do anything else too my account :( I’m really worried I’m going lose everything forever. Can someone please help me. Also do not have the email address anymore :(.
