Recover my account

Hello,

I`ve changed my phone number, that I used to create my email account.. So I can't log in anymore cause it sends a code to that old number... I can't choose other method..just that code.....
I know the password but still can't log in ... I am logged on my phone, but I can't access the settings or anything, just my mails...
I've contacted Yahoo Custom Care.... But... in vain ........

Could someone please help me....?
