Can't pass Facebook authentication

When trying to log in to my Facebook account from the computer, Facebook asked me to confirm that it was me who logged into this account.
but when I wanted to confirm on my phone, it automatically logged out of my account on the phone. Now I want to confirm, but it only gives me 2 choices, either 5 people selected by Facebook need to approve my account, or it sends a link to my email.
but while confirming, the email option disappeared by itself and it only gives me the friend confirmation as an option. The people Facebook gave me can't help me. I can't access my account, please help me.
