Need help in supercell

Hi
So I have a th9 with my old email that I don’t have anymore and I sent a request to change it through in game support last Friday and no one has answered. I didn’t know the way to do it was to ask otto and say “opt out of supercell id” and now I’m stuck waiting for a real person to say anything and it’s been almost a week. Is there a time stamp they usually do till they respond or is there a way to make Otto respond again and do the bot commands?
