Smart TV not picking up WiFi signal

Sony smart TV suddenly not picking up my WiFi; it was before.
WiFi working on other devices.
Wireless device is enabled and detected on the TV.
It picks up the neighbour's signal, but not my own WiFi or a mobile Hotspot in the same room.
Software is up to date and factory settings restored.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
