Instagram (old) voice note not working

Hi, hoping someone can help urgently. I need to access a voice note from 2020 for a legal case but it isn't playing. Ones before and after it are playing but the ones I need the play button on desktop version is grey not black and one the phone it just doesn't play anything.
Any and all help welcomed as it has to be there somewhere surely right?
