Instagram account has been locked HELP

Hello,
My account has been locked. It says I need to verify some information and I am being sent a code to my email address. I have selected to have this sent but nothing is coming through to my emails.
I don't understand why my account has been locked, I am trying to run a business from it and am not getting anywhere!
