What next ?

Hello, I've run through the process you described several times . I'm trying to install MLB 16 The Show on my PS3 . It loads to 61% in file 4 /4 and it gets hung up every time . When I shut the system down& turn on again , I go to start screen and there's a box that says files corrupted. I delete the corrupt files & start process over again using a different option . Could this be a software issue? I put the Jeopardy game in & it starts / runs fine . I do not have my system connected to the internet & never have . Do I need to replace the hard drive ? I hope I haven't confused you .
