Can't login into my instagram account using gmail

Hello, i hope y'all having a good day.
so i've been getting an annoying login problem, i can't login using my email but i could with the username (instagram website) but the funny part is i could login in my phone with that email.
is there anyway to get rid of that stupid thing?
anything would be helpful <3
