How to change autofill address

Hi there, in Yahoo mail for iOS does anyone know how to change the autofill contact that then adds your work or home address/post code? I have clicked on Autofill contact and selected customise but there doesn't seem any way to actually edit an address? It's coming up with an old address that I obviously want to correct.
