Instagram catfish by two accounts ?

Hello,

I believe I have been catfished on IG by two accounts. These two accounts activate and deactivate at exactly the same time when I talk to one in IG can anyone tell me what this means about the two accounts in relation to each other how could they be linked and could the one be in on my conversations with the other in a live fed ? Thanks
