How to find the last Customer Service Request made on my acc

Hello,
I have been under illegal Swiss Government surveillance for the last 6 years. One of the Swiss Government criminals made a request to Yahoo Customer Service last week and some changes were made to my account. I have tried to ask Yahoo what the request was and what changes were made but they keep refusing to tell me.

Does anyone know how to find this information as I need this for the local police.
